was &lt;strong&gt;ready for release on December 20, 2011&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unfortunately, ever since trying to create a new release (about every week since than) I received an error message telling me to contact Apple for support.&lt;br /&gt;Nice (not really). So, I contacted Apple Support but after 2 attempts to help me they dropped the case internally I think because all my reminders (6 emails) where ignored.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There I was. Nothing I could do about it, nobody could help me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week I decided to search on the internet and finally, yesterday, I found something that could (not sure though at that moment in time) help me solve the issue.&lt;br /&gt;And, it did solve the issue. &lt;br /&gt;As it turned out I had to replace all uploaded screenshots with new ones because Apple had changed the requested sizes since they were put on their server.&lt;br /&gt;Weird that they could not tell me this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, the &lt;strong&gt;good news&lt;/strong&gt; is that the new version is 'in your hands' you can immediately start using SupportDesk.&lt;br /&gt;Unfortunately, in its current form, it will not yet benefit from the larger screen.&lt;br /&gt;So, we will introduce an iPad version of SupportDesk.&lt;br /&gt;We will do our best to have it ready by the time the iPad arrives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For all of you wondering about TicketAlert or maybe ChatAlert (currently under development for Mac). &lt;br /&gt;Imho these applications are only of interest for iPod, iPhone or iPad users once it is possible to have them running in the background.
