SupportDesk is your utlimate iPhone/iPad app to connect to your ©Kayako SupportSuite™ and
eSupport™ (3.20.02 or higher) helpdesk software (http://www.kayako.com).

After entering the settings (see below) you can synchronize SupportDesk with your Helpdesk when you click the synchronize button. When this is done you can start using SupportDesk with or without a server connection.

Information
With SupportDesk v3.0 for iPhone and iPad you can:
  • Synchronize with multiple Helpdesks (using the 'Sync Button' or 'Shake to Sync')
  • Work with or without server connection
  • Check out all tickets for your Helpdeks, Department or Status
  • Ticket information includes Posts, Billing information and Notes
  • Create a Billing Entry based on a timer (you can have one running timer per Ticket)
  • View individual Posts
  • Reply to Tickets (you can also use Predefined Replies)
  • Save drafts of a Reply (persistent between sessions)
  • Create tickets
  • Delete tickets
  • Edit Ticket properties
  • Add Ticket notes and Billing entries
  • Use TextExpander touch snippet expansion for Notes, Billing entries and replies
Settings
Preference settings can be added through the Settings Application. Look for the SupportDesk logo/name in the Settings list.
We included preferences for:
  • Host URL, User and Password
  • Sort Order of Tickets and Posts (Ascending order = ON)
  • New tickets Vibrate and/or Play Sound
  • Ticket Synchronization
  • Statusses for Badge Number Show Badge (# on icon)
  • And much more (see ScreenCast)

IMPORTANT
There is a limit to the number of tickets you can download. It is hard to tell how many.
It depends on the version and configuration of your server and your iPhone/iPad.
