Version 1.6 of TicketAlert adds notifications for iCal and Things.
When you are a Mac User you can now also benefit from a native Mac Application that notifies
you of new tickets that arrive in your ©Kayako SupportSuite™ or eSupport™ helpdesk server.

on the right hand side of your menubar and you will receive notifications
from your helpdesk about new tickets and replies.
With TicketAlert Professional you can...
- receive notifications for more than one helpdesk.
- check for new tickets
- check for connection errors
- choose how to display an alert
- set the notification interval
- use a filter to Include or Exclude a notification from the History Dialog or only for showing an Alert.
- have a (selectable) helpdesk/department tree in the History Panel.
- have a (selectable) history stack of received notifications in the History Panel.
- use of 'normal' menu with alert counter in status.
- change sort order of received alerts.
- automatically create a ToDo in iCal
- automatically create a ToDo in Things (http://culturedcode.com/things/)

TicketAlert runs with OS X 10.5 or higher, ©Kayako SupportSuite™ and eSupport™ 3.20.02 or higher, Growl 1.1.4 or higher. You can read about Growl and download it here.
When you want to create ToDo's in Things you must have Things Mac installed. Things Mac is not part of TicketAlert or TicketAlert Professional. You can find more information about Things Mac here.
After entering the settings (see help > documentation) TicketAlert will connect with your Helpdesk each time you start TicketAlert, at the set interval or when you click the synchronize button.
